Thanks, Ray.  That's a neat old house.  I like those big old chimney's!  And you say it is a foreclosure?  Sad, sad.  But someone is buying it or you wouldn't be inspecting.

Tell us more. How many beds, baths? How many square feet. How old? I recently asked my home inspector if the home had a stubbed toe or cancer before we did the summary. He said "Oh definitely a stubbed toe". What about this one?
