We just had a stat in our office showing only 3% come from print media, so I am going there any more. Seller's will just have to get educated. Would like to hear your program, but may not be able to tune in to that station. Will give it a try.
If they don't get past the first impression, why waste your time on the second. First is ALWAYS the most important!
HI! I thought NAR's stats were higher than 85%? Amazing isn't it. Photos and presentation are so important.
Hi Margaret, I didn't see this until today so I hope it was a great success today!
Hi Margaret. How cool for you. Hope it went well.
Margaret, I'm so sorry I missed it....I'm sure it was wonderful for you!
You all of so kind with such great support! Yes - I was nervous! Never done radio and it wasn't scripted at all - just free flowing! Once we got started it went well and was very fun. There were so many things I wish we would have had time to say - an hour just flew by!
They have asked me back to do a show each quarter so it must have been okay! I'm already looking forward to next time!
Sounds like you had fun, I did some radio, and it was a blast!
that is so cool! The guys at KGAL are super nice!
Margaret -- great opportunity for exposure in your local market. Did they have listeners call in with questions?
Margaret: I was please to hear that it went well. What a great opportunity to educate sellers and "share the magic" of home staging.
You've hit the nail on the head. This point is now the main focus of my presentation to home sellers now when we talk about why to Stage.
It doesn't make sense to spend money staging a home and then have inferior pictures used for marketing purposes. I've been getting better over time with photos and I now have several agents asking me to come back for photos when the homeowners have completed the tasks I've recommended in my staging consultation.
Hello my friend - I was so happy to hear this great news when we last spoke - it obviously shows that people know you, are reading your posts and see you in your community as well and certainly know you are an expert with a lot to offer. Are they taping it so we can listen in to a recorded session? Best of luck at you sharing your amazing info and talent each quarter! ~Anne Marie
