Jay - there must have been a couple of posts removed, the count here only shows 4992. But, I agree with your sentiment on this.

Mike, that is odd, I now see 4992 as well.

Against all odds Bill Buress' baby has grown, even throwing the founder off the Island has not been able to slow it down.

Props to Bill. Like Hugh said, even throwing Bill out did not slow us down.

Funny thing, my graphic down below in order to post my comment is "tea". An omen? I think so.

It goes to show you that they cannot destroy conservative thought. They can remove everyone from the island. They can even kill us and burn our remains and written word but conservative thought will live on.

As I said before, the credit for The Silent Majority Group on ActiveRain should go to the members who made the group the best group on ActiveRain. All I did was found the group. Founding a group will yield nothing without great members. I consider the members of The Silent Majority Group on ActiveRain to be the BEST of the BEST on ActiveRain.

We are in turbulent times my friends. Our government is fascist and we have a president that has given away our country's sovereignty. Both major parties are taking this country to hell. They have mortgaged our children's futures and our children's children's future. If the conservatives don't stand up and stop this run away train before it's too late, who will?

I'm sure this post will be featured on ActiveRain sometime soon!

It is definitely a popular group. Lots of smart people here. Too bad the founder of the group isn't around anymore.

Jay ~ Thanks for watching out for us. It was good to here from Bill Burress the actual founder of this great group of people from all walks of life and beliefs. We enjoy debating the issues with humor and conviction.
