Disney pledges to plant a tree for every ticket sold opening weekend for DisneyNature's "Earth".

Disney had made an incredible pledge to all the people that purchase tickets and see their new movie, "DisneyNature's Earth", on its opening weekend.  For every ticket sold, Disney will plant a tree.  So, we have the potential of not only seeing a fantastic film about how the animals handle our amazing planet throughout the changing seasons every year, but we can actually help fight global warming through the planting of new trees.  My son and I saw this fantastic film today.  We watched polar bears fight to stay alive in the north pole, we saw some crazy dancing by beautiful birds in the Amazon, we were witness to the long trek that elephants make through the African desert just to get to some water and even laughed as ducklings tried to take their first flight out of the warmth of their nests.  These were just a few of the amazing journeys caught on film by Disney and the Discovery Channel in "DisneyNature's Earth".  Find out where this amazing film is playing near you, pack up the kids and enjoy approximately 90 minutes of family fun.

Looks like a good movie. I do my bit, I drive a hybrid car and have just installed a hybrid HVAC system. Both save on the natural resources and $$...

Sounds very educational for all ages.  It is awesome that Disney is giving back as well!  We all should do our part (small or large).  Everything counts!

It was a fabulous movie, Richard.  If you happened to catch the Discovery Channel's "Earth" mini-series, most of the scenes from it were in this movie.

Good job, Michael.  I know I can count on you to be a friend to the environment! :)

Zane - Take your boy.  He'll love it.  I did.

I hope you have fun, Dan.  My son and I did.  My husband was upset that we went without him.

You're absolutely right, Renee.

I hope you got a chance to go out and see it, Roy.  You won't regret it!
