April was a fantastic month I believed I averaged having one closing for each day of the month, over half were purchase transactions and I appreciate the opportunity to take care of your clients.  Thank you so much for trusting me with your clients, I really enjoyed working to make sure their closings ran smooth!

**A few big notes this month, USDA - has expanded their income limits I believe I notified each of my local partners of this but if you have questions about that or any other part of the USDA program please feel free to contact me at 417 447 7927, OakStar has the ability to do the USDA program in any state in the United States in an area  that allows for that type of financing.

**FHA rates are extremely low - and with the first time home buyer tax credit in effect until 12/1/09 its never been a better time for someone to buy a home.

**VA- Do you know someone who has a VA loan?  have they looked into doing a Streamline refinance lately? if you know a veteran that would be interested in lowering their rate have them contact me at 417 447 7927.  Should the veteran be disabled the VA funding fee is WAVED on the VA Loan.  I love working wtih veterans, and was raised in the military, if you have questions regarding the streamline VA refinance or Interest Rate Reduction loan please call me.
