Prices have just been released for the first batch of Phase One homes. In all, there are 46 homes in this initial release. Two bedroom, 2 bath flats start in the mid- $400,000s. (These are roomy at approx. 1,260 - 1,360 square feet.) I think these will be very popular because of size and price.

We toured the models today and they are beautiful! The homes are laid out very well and have the type of floorplan everyone wants these days, with the kitchen open to the family room.
