Finally got on Twitter how about you?

For the past couple of weeks I have been told to check out twitter. After several suggestions to try twitter, I did it. I looked around to find interesting people and so far I have found some. Since being on twitter I have found that some of the posts are relevant to our field and some just interesting facts about life. For example, someone posted about the Bronx Zoo needing to send some of the animals to others zoo. What is great about twitter is that it isn't about my friends (like facebook...which I like to) but I am learning so much from people all over the country. I have to say I am enjoying connecting with others and hearing about what is going on with people and events in different parts of the country. I was wondering what you think about twitter?

I have been on it, still not sure exactly what it is all about, but like swimming, first you have to jump into the water.

Stuart, I also like to see what others are talking about and have learned some interesting things. The only thing that gets to me is that some people do nothing but post links to news articles and will do that 5-10-15 times in a row. Just makes me look over pages to see real comments.

Stuart - Let me know if you should happen to have any questions about Twitter. I have had great success there, both in recruiting agents and in finding a handful of clients.

Welcome to Twitter, Stuart! It's amazing how much info can be packed into 140 characters.

I have not signed up yet, but I will. I am still trying to get use to the blog thing. There is so much to keep up with. I wish you the best.

Is this actually producing business for those of you that use this? I am still trying to get what the hype is.

Finding time for twitter after everything else has been a little hard, but, I am still trying to jump on board.

I am on Twitter to but I am not very active.

Hi Stuart. I think like many things it pays off well if you put time into it. In real estate, though, I find that my days are already incredibly full, so I have an account but seldom use it. I should look at that. It may leave a negative impression and it might be better not to have an account at all unless I am prepared to use it more often.
