I haven't checked lately but we had similar numbers but we are seeing less inventory right now which might be a good thing.

Neal Bloom-Realtor ® Assoc.-CRS-Weston FL (Keller Williams Properties) Neal I believe inventory is slightly less here also. I also know there are still a lot of homes available, with fewer buyers.

Jim, in my area south of Atlanta, we have a 21 months supply of inventory at the current rate of purchases to inventory. It's not good, but not as bad as some areas of the country.

Looks like 6.5 months supply? (7200 pending and under contract, 45000 available)

Actually thats not bad.

Karen Luke - Henry County Real Estate (Keller Williams Realty ) I heard that. We are still not in good shape at all.

Jim Wood (Crye-Leike Realtors, Inc.) Actually there is a very high shadow inventory. Homes that are foreclosed on but not showing up in the MLS.
