Go to the ocwen.com

Ocwen.com

Even if this is the first time you have been to the site you need to click on the Log in to Offer account  if you want to register.  This will help later because you will already have an established password and log on.

Now fill in the information on user registration.  And I'm sure all of you have this on hand it is no different from any of those BPO websites we have all been signing up on.  "Just the facts mam"

And your done!  Now when you log on you will see all of your offers with ocwen. But it will not tell you what stage you are in the biding process it just tells you how many you have active at that point.

Now what nice Bank owned agent will tell you at the drop of a hat not only how many offers you have with them but where they stand in the biding process.

You will have to go back threw the website to the properties and see where your bid stands.

To see how to do this go to "How to search for properties on Ocwen.com"

Sandy have you listed any of Ocwen's reos? I have done bpos with them for over a year and never dropped below an 80% usually in the 90s but have yet to receive anything.

great info thank you very much. Since they are starting to offer some really good commissions lately it doesn't hurt to check their inventory.

thanks Sandy for great info. Our agents are signed up with them. Have you done BPO's with OcWen and sold any homes?  Would appreciate learning more, as we have had a difficult time breaking into the REO asset management market...

I have done many BPO's for them. They are cheap and Rude. 2 weeks ago, they asked me to do an open house for them. I generated 7 offers on the property for them, all but one above lisying price and refused to take my offers because they signed a listing agreement with anothe broker. so isaid why did you ask me to do an open house for another broker, and why wouldn't you take my offers from another broker (coop's), well, because if they do, then they have to pay both brokers 5% but they only wanted to pay3%. I said screw you and take me off your list. They are jerks, stupid and I hope they read this post. Stay a way from them.
