I discovered last night that realestateclipart.com is offering an excellent discount on subscriptions. I joined a while back but noticed a sale notice on the site when I was poking around trying to find a house-related illustration for a post. Here's the announcement:

Membership used to be 25.00/yr, however, while the Real Estate Market is down across most the US,
membership will be reduced to 20.00 and extended to cover 2 years!  That's only 10.00 a year for access to some of the best Real Estate related graphics found anywhere, either on, or off, the net! 

Whatever the real estate market or the economy is doing, everybody likes a sale and this is a generous offer. 

The clip art on the site has definitely come in handy for me and I think that's a bargain price.  Certainly a price worth paying to not be pulling your hair out and searching everywhere for the perfect, copyright-free illustration to accompany your post.

Hi Phiroum ~ There are a number of free illustrations that you can use if you link back to the website with each one.  It's so inexpensive that it's worth it to me to do the easy way.  Plus I figure it's worth supporting.

Hi Connie ~ It comes in handy. I'm sure I found it initially through someone's post here (thank you!) and I've used it quite a bit. I was psyched to see the discount.
