Get your papers organized

Get all your paperwork in order, the original closing documents, any paperwork on refi's, your taxes, bank records etc. if you are going to negotiate with the bank you will need all this.

Get informed

Go to as many of the websites as possible, your lenders site and many more

there is a toll free number in for Arizona Residents 1-877-448-1211, this hot-line gives you access to bi lingual counselors that can assist you.

Go to www.HUD.gov
