What is valuable content in social media and can you prove ROI on your
Twitter and Facebook Accounts? Seriously, I am giving advice in my
bikini both for your entertainment and because someone bet me $100 I
wouldn't do it and I am way too competitive to lose a bet.
Key Points:
1. If you want people to listen to you and follow you on social sites, then convert to paying customers on your website you need to offer them something of value. Something of value would be an informative white paper, instructional videos, webinars or ebooks. All of which are designed to push them to a sales page designed to convert them.
2. Have an irresistible offer that calls them to action in graphical button form that is highly visible on every page of your website. This button should push them to a form page where they enter their information so you begin to collect a database of potential customers.
3. Your sales conversion page should include both a form to capture their information and graphical representations of your offerings and a brief elevator pitch that whets their appetite. Solid landing pages make people HAVE to sign up for your service. They are simple, uncluttered and effective.
4. Use tools that allow you track your ROI like Hubspot, Salesforce.com and/or Google Analytics.

Value? All I see is a bikini. Seriously Mary you got my attention, but for us guys, well, the bikini is definitely a distraction while talking Social Media and webinars. But your video got an A+ in the attention area. I love that you are cutting edge with cleavage LOL.
Gary - that was exactly the point. There was a call to action and there was value - the bikni - I could have been talking prostate surgery and you still would have watched. The real point is "viral" and "irrestible offer" mean delivering something that you can't ignore. The content here isn't what's important really - it is the presentation and the point behind it. Fact is, this video - above all the other content I have ever provided had the best ROI for me. I was asked to shoot video blogs for 4 major online marketing websites - one of which is Shoemoney. Even Todd Mintz weighed in on my video on Facebook. I was also approached by another group here in FL to shoot an online marketing version of the Chelsey Handler show - sassy and sexy with a bit of comedy - right up my alley. So, while I don't consider this my best work by far - it paid in spades.
Rich ~ I am shocked! LOL! I watched your video Facebook as well. And yes I, I took the time to watch because of the bikini. I think after reading your comment to Gary I understand where you are coming from. I am glad it is paying off for you.
It is odd that sometimes it seems our best work (or what we thought was the best) goes unnoticed, but something that we 'knock out' gets serious attention and profit...
And the video held my attention... I don't remember what you said... but it held my attention...
Point taken Mary. Now I wonder if this would work for me and my man boobs? Probably not. I guess I'll need to hire. This video just shows again that we have to get people to stop before we can deliver our message. Well done.
OK, I was going to post something about me in the bikini, but it looks like I've been trumped by the earlier posts. The fact is, Mary, you know how to attract attention and get your point across.
