Hi Anthony... it's a nice looking area. What are the home prices like in this community?

Steve Currently there are three homes on the market. They're offered from $360,000 to $399,900. Homes in this neighborhood have sold for as much as $699,000, and lots have sold from $70,000 to $150,000 - all prior to the market slump. I would expect the buyers of these homes to be very pleased with their purchase when the market fully recovers.
