I'm in a Big Quandry! How do I add a listing? Do I copy and Paste? Provide a Link? How??

Sorry all of you out there. I have seen so many listings and they look great; however, I don't seem to be able to figure it out. I took this photo of one of my listings to experiment, and here it is. How cool! I have seen other listings that look like the actual MLS. My questions would include:

1. Do I include several photos like this?

2. Would I link my virtual tour? here: http://www.realestateshows.com/135871

The virtual tour actually gives out all of the information. What else do I need to do?

Any help or counsel would be very welcome.

Definitely include the link as a button or just a link if you like. You can also build widgets with companies like www.vflyer.com (my favorite) and cut and paste the code into the html block in the toolbar. (if that makes no sense, there are great instructions available if you search the blogs and on the vflyer help pages).

You want to get your listing into Localism, for your city and maybe the neighborhood.

That is done by selecting "For Consumers" and "About a Region" when you are entering where to post it to.

When you mark the box "About a Region," you will have the opportunity to select the State, County, Town and Neighborhood from the drop down menu at the bottom of the window. If you want to mark the Neighborhood, you may have to enter the Neighborhood if it is not already in the drop down list.

There is a link: "Add New Neighborhood." There you will be able to add the neighborhood you need.
