Would I be able to see the different models available with the square footage and the price on "The Cottages?"  I noticed on the page for "The Estates" there is a price sheet.  Can this be emailed to the address above?

 

I'm already working with a realtor.  I was just curious as to the prices for the homes in "The Cottages."

I don't get to see your email address only your name on this site.  Here is a link to The Cottages with prices and plans.   I hope this helps.  Our model homes are open daily from 12 - 6 and any other time by appointment.  Your Realtor is welcome to come with you or just register them when you walk through the door.  We look forward to meeting you in The Cottages at The Golden Isles.

Rebecca,

There is one under construction -it will be completed in 6 weeks and you can choose color selections. There is also a 1322 under construction as well - about the same stage of construction - around 6 weeks to completion. 

Please let me know when you would like to view the properties and someone will meet you and your agent at the site and show you the home and the plans as well as the color selections.

We are thinking of relocating or buying a secon home.  Brunswick, GA, seems to be apealing.  Could you give me some information of desirable areas and what is available?  Please, include HOA fees and any other information we may need to know.
