New listings

There are a number of foreclosures in one particular community that I think make a lot of sense to buy now (if you read my stuff you know that I don't say this often at all). The community is in a pretty good location and is walking distance from a number of stores and restaurants. What I really like about these condos however are the price to rental ratios. You can buy them today, rent them out, and cover your monthly expenses.
