We have an awesome team. Lisa Schlitz is Nestor and Katerina's Real estate team's buyers agent. Lisa goes above and beyond the call of duty for our buyers.
Each buyer that either calls us from online or goes to our point 2 agent website and sets up a listing notifier is well taken care of by Lisa. Every buyer we have closed on has written a wonderful testimonial for Lisa.

Nestor is very intuitive about market trends and has his pulse right on the market. Nestor and I are listing agents. We carry between 40 and 53 listings most of the time in this market and usually have at least 12 of the listings under contract at one point or another. About 80% of our current listings are short sales. We do work privately with confidential luxury clients who are buying properties abroad and here in Palm Beach and Manalapan Florida.
In order not to get caught up in the feast and famine that is typical in a real estate business- we focus on moving forward all the time. Everything is measured against what is the highest and best use of our time to get the largest profit. That means getting more listings. The power is in the listing. As long as you have 40 or more listings you will always have at least 4 closings per month.
Now, we have been needing to get a listing manager for quite a while. Two of our daughters handle our phone calls and expired marketing mailing programs. But one of our daughters just graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bacholors' in Psychology. She is not interested in taking over the family business. Our oldest daughter on the other hand- would be perfect. So we decided to advance Milet into the listing manager/short sale department. She has been helping us for over 9 years so it just seems natural that she would be the right fit for us.
Milet will be handling your questions and processing your paperwork, listing information and communication. She will also be doing the initial contact and processing of your short sale with your lender. She is available by email and also at the office Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

That is awesome, I am sure she is already a wealth of information and only has up to go. That is awesome. My son loves marketing with and for our team, and he is 9. I love the way little minds work, getting excited about business, while still getting to be a kid-best of both worlds.
Heather- Our son loves to market with us but also he is great at cropping photos in picasa now. He tells me how and where to crop, he is right on every time. Soon I will be able to hand over that job to him.

Katerina... how cute, in regards to your son and his interview. As far as Lisa, hi Lisa... haven't met in person as of yet, but have talked many times on the phone. But hopefully one day soon. And in regards to your one daughter Milet, she has been pleasant to talk on the phone. And looking at the one picture with the two of you... OMG, I would have thought the older one was her at first, so she does resemble you.
