Gail:  I am so sorry that the financing on this sale did not work out.  It must be heartbreaking for both the buyers and the sellers.  It is such a lovely home... that I am sure you will find another buyer soon.  Take care... and best of luck with you and your sellers.  But... wait.  As long as your sellers have YOU to work with as their Realtor... they really don't need any luck.  They have YOU !  Again... take care...

Karen Anne, You are too kind!  This is probably the best home value we've ever had in my market area - new kitchen, bath, roof, gutters, mechanicals and best of all, water views!  Some lucky buyer will benefit from this unfortunate situation.
