Sheldon: Hey, they absorption rate ain't bad either!

Looks like things are starting to look up here and there! Great report as usual.

That seems like a good balance of under contracts and sales. I suppose the deals are taking time to close. We are seeing a big pick up by us in Bergen County. I have been helping some of the agents close the tougher transactions. I think we could be turning the corner. All that government money is making a difference. I said give us mortgages in the 4's and the market would roar!

Lets hope it stays a while.
