Thanks you all!  Yes, I LOVE it when the property is priced appropriately.  Lake Norman sellers, PLEASE don't test the market.  Not in a buyers mkt.  It's a big mistake.  This is soooo close to Jetton Park.  If you all come to the Charlotte or LKN area put Jetton Park (lakefront) as a MUST DO on your list.
