Green is here to stay.With our new president we stand the best chance to see much more green development in all areas that utilize eco friendly features.The average new commercial building that is built LEED certified costs an additional $10-$30 per square foot to build and makes the building worth up to $170 a foot MORE when it comes time to sell....WOW... I think we shall see some more green building soon....at least in Southern Cal!

President Obama understands the environment and green.He will lead us toward a greener future and to a healthier environment at the current pace!
