Latin Music at the V Galleria at 100 E. State St. At He & She Vintage Boutique, 109 S. Union St., the owner Sarah Reese is celebrating her 25th Birthday by offering 25% off the entire store. Refreshments will be served. In addition, local artist Carol Lesher will have her new studio open at 105 S. Broad Street.
