1) 99% of the franchisors in the industry are the same with the exception of one or two miscellaneous marketing points.
2) the general public doesnt know the difference between any of the companies (i.e. branding doesnt matter much anymore to anyone). People follow agents, not brands.
Based on those two points, I wanted to create an innovative real estate franchise.
