And take a look at this!!!  The walls are going up!!!  Woo Hoo !! :)

Ryan Jeffcoat and his guys are the framing specialists that Buddy has subbed for this job.   Ryan tells me that they will be here for approximately 2 months.  I'm looking forward to seeing the progress.

Hey Michael -  yes it is.   This same builder just had another of his new ones go under contract in like a week - and closed  within a month!  He's on a roll :)
