Again, we know that the housing market will bring this economy back.  What do you think of

increasing the home buyer's credit to $15,000 and include ALL buyers and decrease the interest rate

for 12 months to 4-4.25%?

It's a very interesting idea.  I believe it would really make things take off!

I'd love to see the tax credit extended to ALL home buyers.  Right now only the lower priced homes are getting any boost from the tax credit.
