Over 12 years we have discovered hundreds of serious and dangerous problems. These are a few posted here.

We saved our client's tens of thousands of dollars for major repairs the seller paid prior to my clients became owners. Many others declined the purchase and found another house without issues saving them the stress of having to deal with these problems.

Remember all problems can be repaired. It takes time or money or both.
