Downtown Austin,Texas is really changing its look.  There are over 30 different projects going up around town.  Well a few of them have stopped or are going to stop.  I am sure in a year or so it will start again.  So maybe now is the time to get into a new condominium before the next boom.  Don't wait till it is happening.  I am on board to help you buy a new condo in Austin.  If you are interested please send me an email.  Have a great 2008.
