Red Rose Singles of Lancaster PA

Red Rose Singles is a non-religious, non-profit, non-discriminatory organization. Its purpose is to provide support for single, separated, divorced or widowed persons. Its membership is open to all adult singles; however, most members tend to be age 40 and up.

Red Rose Singles of Lancaster PA

Red Rose Singles meets the first Tuesday of each month at the Quality Inn, 2363 Oregon Pike, Lancaster (569-0477). Registration starts at 7:00 PM, and the meeting starts at 7:30 PM. There is no charge for first-time guests. The meetings alternate between group discussions, and speakers or entertainment. Refreshments are served afterward. Jeff, the name Red Rose Singles was elected by the members to easily identify the group as belonging to Lancaster PA, the Red Rose City. The former Caring Singles members held a contest to rename the group in the interest of updating its image, identifying its location, and attracting younger singles to join. Out of approximately forty entries, "Red Rose Singles" easily won .

I'm glad that there is such a group in your community and think it would be great if the group were franchised out to all communities!! There are so many lonely people out there who don't know where to start when it comes to meeting new partners and friends....

Interesting idea, franchising the group to other communities! It certainly can be difficult to know where to go when you lose a partner. Red Rose Singles performs a useful function for single adults in the Lancaster PA area.
