Conf Call Tomorrow - New refi Options!! 11 am Fri 5/1

I've posted a few times on this - our conference call is tomorrow morning, 11am.  Email me directly and I will send you a .pdf with call in information.  Bank of America will be talking about the new refinance options available - even if you are underwater - through HASP (Homeowner Affordability and Stabilization Plan).  This is the new Obama legislation that was said to be able to help millions refinance and stay out of trouble with mortgages - particularly those of us who may have an ARM about to adjust.
I encourage everyone to seriously consider refinancing now unless you plan to sell soon.  The current economic climate is such that inflation almost certainly has to follow.... and that means rampantly high interest rates, the likes of which many homeowners have never seen.  Make sure that your home REMAINS affordable by locking in a good interest rate today!
