Let's Talk -- Destin to Panama City Beach Stuff

I welcome your interest.  Let's talk about what is going on.  I will certainly give you my opinion.

The Market Reports just came out and in all three counties, Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay Counties, resales saw an upswing in activity for the first time this year.  New home sales are still suffering in all three counties and forget vacant lots.  They are down by over 55%.  Lot loans are hard to secure.

In Destin today, my favorite building is the Ariel Dunes Towers.  Best value for the money and oh how I love Destin.  If you want to go to Panama City Beach, there are some really good buys on the East end which I call the quiet end of Panama City Beach.  The Seychelles building is awesome which sits right next to Schooners Restuarant.  If you want Activity then you should invest in the Tidewater Building.  Close enough to Pier Park to walk.  Although it is not completely finished, it should be in about another 30 days.  It was packed for Spring Break this year and has a lot of amenities to offer.
