Hi William - Yes that HOA is correct - thanks for the blog topic - it includes many amenities such as all outside maintenance, most inside maintenance including kitchen appliance replacement, free cable TV, free bus transportation inside the Village and to surrounding stores, shopping, banks and medical services.  There are also discounted taxi rides, golf for only $8, 7 clubhouses and pools, 2 golf courses, an equestrian center, nature trails, an equestrian center, lawn bowling greens, tennis courts....it's a lot for the money!

Hi Jeff - Yes, the HOA is pretty hefty until you see all that it covers - see my response to William above.  The name is very nice, but confusing since it's located in the City of Laguna Woods.

Hi Kristin - It was an interesting court case involving the residents and the family of the developer.  We're happy with our new name now.
