Barbara Joyce will be a senior 1031 exchange advisory officer for the Exeter Group of Companies and will be working out of the Corporate Headquarters Office located in San Diego, California and in the Irvine, California Branch Office in order to serve her Southern California clients. 

Formerly With Mid-Exchange, Inc.

Barbara Joyce was formerly with Mid-Exchange, Inc., which was an affilicate company to Coldwell Banker and U.S. Title Insurance Co., and brings extensive experience in the areas of 1031 exchange, escrow and title insurance services to Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC.
