A Brand New Listing Thanks to the Active Rain Network!

Last week I received an inquiry from an out of area Seller who was looking to interview prospective Realtors about the potential listing of his property in River Vale New Jersey.  He asked for my marketing plan, pricing information, and any other information I could provide to him about the current market.

So, I did exactly what he asked.  I sent him good information, provided a market analysis, and discussed my marketing program in detail.  Today I received a "GOOD NEWS" email..They decided to list the property with me!

After having blogged consistently on Active Rain for few years, this is the very first time I have been personally contacted by a prospective Seller directly from Active Rain. 

Sooo..I am truly a believer!!  Let it continue to Rain, and may the seeds of our communal blogs continue to sprout productively for all of us!!
