The Isles of Capri was developed in 1955 as a hideaway fishing retreat by Leland Roach and is two miles north of Marco Island. Two of my personal favorite restaurants are on the Isles of Capri -- For casual dining and great food there is the Capri Fish House and for very special occasions The Blue Heron. Below find the latest activity in the area....
Prices lag behind Marco and because of the major price adjustments on Marco Island, sales have dramatically decreased on the Isles of Capri. When Marco values were jumping at tremendous rates, people started looking to alternatives such as Isles of Capri, Goodland and Port of the Islands as well as out into Golden Gate Estates where they could get 5 acres for what they could get on an 80'x110' inland lot on Marco. I am committed to excellence in service. Whether you are looking to buy a home or sell a home here in Naples/Marco Island Florida, I can provide you with the service you are looking for and the service you deserve.
