In addition to this recent sale, I've also recently sold two other Eichler homes, one in Terra Linda and one in Lucas Valley. I also have three other Eichler listings right now, 2 of which are currently in contract.

If you follow my blog, you'll note that buyer activity has picked up quite a bit since I published my last Eichler Homes Market Report, which summarized market activity during the first quarter of 2009. The month of April has brought out more buyers and the hot Eichler price point right now appears to be at or below the $700k mark. My most recently listing (104 Golden Hinde Blvd, priced at $660k) had three offers before the first public open house!
