I think buyers have a sense of humor and I usually run these type ads in the local American Classifieds, (formerly Thrifty Nickel). The cheap house ad is retired by me now, but one of my agents has had two or three sales off of it this year and the year I came up with it, (1999), I sold an average of a house a month with it. Of course...you have to weed through some doozies, but it's great for newbies or slow times and a lot of investors and first timers call.
