Dale you know we will take the "Pledge". We definitely do the three R's. I tell you Ceil is the Queen of Recycle. I saw her pull out Friday morning to go to the recycle, our area sends a truck on Friday morning from 6:30 to 11:30, you pull in and they unload your car or truck, she was still in her pajamas. I had to laugh and told her what would she do if you got in an accident and had to get out of the car. She likes to get there early so she doesn't have to wait.

Oh country living is great.

Dale! Great Post! We are already on board here in Austin. I have to tell you that we began recycling about 12 years ago and it still amazes me, the amount of paper, plastic and glass that we recycle every week and that no longer piles up in a land fill!

Dale... you must be reading my mind. I have been house cleaning today and was thinking... what could I take to good will and how much of the other items could I recycle. I will take the pledge gladly! Great post and I love how being part of AR is making me a better person. Have a great day to all! Brenda :0)

Thank you

Dale,

My wife spends most of her time directing me to save this, move that. Good thoughts but I do get tired of taking the plastic lids off paper coffee cups.

Howdy there Janice, Carl, Ceil, Steve, Russell

I'm always glad to have Y'all stop by to sit and visit for a bit, and to read and reply to each of your comments. On my Recycling is Important for the Well being of Mother Earth post, here at my little ole Blogging Homestead, my friends

Janice - Thank you kindly, your doing a real good thing by doing so.

Carl and Ceil - I sure did know Y'all would take the Pledge, I as know you Y'all do the three R's of recycling. Sure do hope she does not have get out of the car in her PJ's. My friends country liven sure is great. Thats for sure. Right now I live way to close to town for my liken.

Steve - you are 100% right a lot more folks in our grand Country, could help make a difference. It really make my heart sad, when I see someone throw trash out of their car going down a rode.

Russell - Thank you kindly, my friend. Up here they have only been doing recycling in the last two years or so. The first time I went to the transfer station here in town, I asked them where the recycling area was. And got told we don't have one. I sure could not believe I was being told that.

Lynn - Thank you very kindly, that flag was made out of, all kinds of recyclable items. We need to teach everyone to recycle.

Brenda - taken things to the local Good Will, is a real good thing to do, it another way for one to recycle items. Not only are you helping to recycle, your also helping others at the very sametime. Thank you, for the kind words. Have yourself a real fine week, my friend

Steven - Just remember your helping Mother Earth, when ya take the time to do those things.

Thanks for the reminder, Dale! These things are easy to do and help us in the long run. Was at the dog park this weekend, and someone had taken the batteries out of their camera and just dropped them on the ground to rot. How safe is THAT for a dog lover to do?! But cheers to you, have a good week! Julie

Dale, Thanks for the challenge. Recycling is more than newspapers and plastic bottles. Love the art. A great example. Furniture, clothing and house hold items can also be recycled by passing them along to friends, family and non-profit organizations.

Howdy there Julie, Robin

Glad to have the both of you stop by to visit, and to have you leave very fine comments. On any of the posts, here at my little ole Blogging Homestead, my friends

Julie - your welcome, they sure will help us and all generations to come. We all need to show respect to Mother Earth, and each other. That sure was not a very nice thing for them to do, thats for sure. You also have yourself a fine week!

Robin - your welcome, you sure are right. Most folks don't think about, that passing things like cloths and any house hold items on to others, and to non-profit organizations. Has anything to do with recycling. But it sure does.
