Bill - Thanks, it helps that the home is just beautiful too. Photogenic listings are a good thing!

Jen - No problem. It was pretty yucky out on Sunday. It was a quiet open house but I had a great time playing pool with my client on the pool table that conveys with the house. Not a bad day of working and having face to face contact with my clients. :o)

Don - It is a super home. I am looking forward to helping match up this home to it's new owner soon.
