Well probably not so dramatic as that.... however there will be some settling in adjustments as the Real Estate Industry adjusts to the new Reality of HVCC, wheather it's permanent or tempoary is still up for debate.

Just say the acronym HVCC (insert horrific scream here) today in the Real Estate Community and many who know it's like Count Dracula stepped into the room to suck the life our of your transaction.  One thing that should be pointed out is that some appraisals have been done very similuar to this for years.  What's that you say?  You've never heard of such a thing? 

My response is have you ever had a VA loan in one of your transactions?  If yes then you've used HVCC lite.  Have you ever done any type of loan in recent years and heard the company called Landsafe?  Then you've had a taste of HVCC or the Home Valuation Code of Conduct.
