The CAL Group regularly holds Rent To Own/Build Wealth seminars at the Hard Rock Casino in Biloxi. Usually, this is on a Tuesday evening at 7PM.

The actual meeting spot is in a quiet room you find by walking through the Vibe. The restaurant is closed at this time. You will find the Vibe on the 2nd Floor. Ask any casino employee for directions to the Vibe; and/or for the location of the CAL Group's meeting. Call the office or visit the website for specific meeting times.

Thank you, Terry. I hope you have an awesome week as well. That's one thing I appreciate about Localism -- the chance to highlight "living" in our areas. I remember when I was relocating, I was hungry for any "inside" information I could find.

We are planning a few rent to own sessions this year ourselves. We have a few strategies that work for some and are working on perfecting it. In the areas we service though, those that desire it have credit scores too low and need much discipline to make it work.

Have you seen many successes?

I believe so. We have several families nesting with plans and tasks to accomplish:-) with eye on close by end of year to enjoy the $8K tax credit. It does take discipline.

Some people though almost qualified--prefer straight rent...for some its too stressful to think about buying.
