I have been thinking about managing time the most effectively.  I am interested in hearing how Realtors deal with multiple phone calls.  It is great to get phone calls but do you ever get someone who just says "I am just interested in the price" and click and h/u. I have thought about implementing a "certain callback time for everyone" while I do other business things...What Is Your Opinions.  I am going to be more effecient this year with my time.  THANKS FOR YOUR TIME !

Time blocking...

Have them leave a message and then call them all back.

 depends. Are you on floor duty when you are getting these calls? If you're on floor duty, answer them when they call. If not, then time blocks may work
