Lack of new inventory due to Foreclosure moratorium?

For many of my clients, new properties that match their search criteria have slown to a mere dribble. I think it might be due to the foreclosure moratorium that went into effect late in 2008. There are many buyers eagerly awaiting new properties on which to pounce! I would say in 30-60 days the inventory spickett will be on full blast again.
