We do have a team of negotiators that work the Short Sale End of our Business: - our buyers agents, assistant and both Paris and I make the phone calls matching the personality of the team member with the one of the Loss Mitigation Person.

Some loss mitigators just don't mesh with our Buyers Agents, or assistant - You can throw both Paris and I into the mix.  But when we find the right chemistry - then the magic happens.  No, we are not running a dating service :-)  (Short Sale Dating.com????)

I have found out that it is more of a "personality game" with the Short Sale approval.  If you hit it off right off of the bat - then your negotiation time is cut very short and you might receive an approval in short order.  But in order to do this it is necessary for us to leave any shadow of Ego at the door.

Truthfully - it is getting the best for our Client...  So if I have to eat crow, cry, beg, or send flowers, and it gets the short sale approved, then each member of the RE/MAX of Santa Clarita - Paris911 Team has been instructed to do so!

Great work on the A -Z synopsis.  The Short Sale processes are getting better but we've got a long way to go yet.
