There is, however, great news: in the last 3 months, prices have risen almost 3% overall for the entire city, with the greatest gains in zip codes 06708(includes Bunker Hill, West Side, Town Plot and Country Club), 06706 (includes East Mountain, Hopeville, and Platts Mills), and 06705 (the entire East end, including Meriden-Woodtick).
