Voice Mail  -   Do you love it or hate it?  I have actually started to love mine. 

I have the Apple iPhone via ATT.  All of our phone numbers are routed via this device.  Just recently I have discovered You Mail.  It is a fantastic web based voice mail system that will actually do several things. - Whoops I almost forgot - it is FREE!!!!

• The caller can leave a message
• The system will text and or e-mail you, or both.
• You have have the message electronically transcribed and then e-mailed or sms'd to you (for a fee)
  
• You can "ditch" the blocked caller.
• Record a Personal Greeting
• Utilize one of the pre recorded funny greetings (maybe not so professional, but funny)
• You can also review messages on the road by calling the you mail phone number.

When a call comes in and the caller wants to speak with anyone on our team - I can forward the e-mail to that person.  I can also call back via text and sms.  I have the soft phone SKYPE on my computers and with Firefoxclick able the phone numbers become - you can just click the numbers that are embedded on any web screen and SKYPE will start dialing.  Skype me at 888-SKYPE80 (you dial it like a regular phone number)

If any of this is foreign to you and you are not sure what I am speaking about - don't feel silly - I have to take off my shoes when counting over 10!!!
