Help... need feedback?

By
Real Estate Agent with Nazareth,Easton, Bethlehem - Prudential Patt, White

Need some help from fellow Rainers.... We are looking for information on feedback programs? Are you using a program that is working?  Is it easy to use? Just wondered if they are worth it for the expense?

Thanks! Jill

I have used  www.homefeedback.com for about a year now and really love it...no learning curve, easy and my response rate is about 70%.

Jill & Ron, frankly I don't think they're worth it.    Our MLS has a free program you can set up for feedback.  I'm always getting automatic emails asking me to fill out a feedback survey.  It takes time, and the questions aren't always relevant to the house shown.

Frankly, I consider the programs a pain.  If you follow up agents for feedback yourself, that's fine.

I personally will respond to an emailed feedback more than a phone call, where I end up playing phone tag andI have seen feedback increase from about 40% to 70% sice I started using it, my sellers love it because we use it for all maketing notifications and they can access it on the web at any time.  I asume your cry for help was about feedback on individual showings, not web activity as Christina thought....maybe you should clarify.

Michelle- Yes I was referring to feedback on showings. Thats a nice return from your program. I know I MUCH prefer doing it via email myself, vs a phone call. I especially like it when the email comes with a picture. Thanks for your thoughts.

Brian- I know what your saying...it is often an interuption to our day. But as listings get harder to sell our clients are wanting more proof that we are doing our job. I also think it can help to get a seller to see the reality when there are pricing issue, and  its not me saying so. Thats what sparked my interest. I also think it has to have a pic of the home and easy click boxes to get response. Thanks for your opinion.

Christina- not sure what Google alerts is... but maybe I will check it out. I have a feeling from what Michelle wrote it pertains to web activity. Thanks

I have started using the free version of www.showingfeedback.com that I discovered on AR (of course).  I think 70% is about right, the others that don't respond to the 3 e mails ususally respond after a phone call.  The best thing is the REALTOR comments that my seller can see (over and over again).  I have primed them that they may be brutally honest and they appreciate that.
