Currently there are 67 single family homes on the market in Medway.  The houses have an average list price of $484,760 and an average market time of 188 days.  There are 9 properties available for $300,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are 5 properties listing for $800,000 or more. 

There were two new properties that came on the market this week.  They range in value from 279,000 to 429,000 and they are found on Virginia Road and Henry Street.

Five single family homes went under agreement in the last week. One is a colonial on Holliston Street.  Another is a colonial on Henry Street.  The third is the new listing on Curtis Lane.  There was also an 11 room colonial on Fairway Lane.  The final one is one of the million dollar lots on Newton Lane.  There are four more properties flagged to go under agreement soon.

Three single family homes sold this past week in Medway.  One was a 5 room, 3 bedroom ranch on Sanderson that sold for $210,000.  Another was a 8 room, 3 bedroom antique colonial on Main Street that sold for $245,000.  The last was a 7 room, 3 bedroom colonial on cottage street that sold for $310,000.

There are currently 11 condos on the market, four of which are new construction at Pine Ridge Drive.  The condo average list price is $314,109 with an average price per square foot of $1,123.  Average time on market is 189 days.  One condo at Sanford Mills went under agreement last week. 

There are three multi-families on the market in Medway. One is an 8 room, 4 bedroom 2-family. Another is an 11 room, 4 bedroom 2-family.  Both of those are on Village Street.  The last one is a 4-unit multi-family on Broad Street.  Average list price for multi-families is $332,633.
