Why is this som important? Because it's the first (that I know of) where the local real estate professionals are continuning the great start from REBarcamp. You wouldn't go to a gym for a workout and say to yourself - "Great, now I'm in shape!" You have to continue to go regularly to exercise. Barcamp isn't a one-time event - it's a movement and a way to conduct your business practice.
I hope other cities that have hosted Barcamps will learn from Ricardo and do the same.
