This lovely home was purchased by one of my buyers just a short while ago. We had searched high and low, and found this BANK-OWNED property, which was in surprisingly good condition. Plus, my buyer was able to purchase it for about $30K less than it had been purchased for just a few years ago... talk about instant equity! Bank-owned properties aren't hard to come by, but you do have to move quickly when you find a deal like this. This property was only on the market 68 days. My buyer got it for about 98% of the list price. I can't wait to see it after she gets some "projects" done!
