John, thank you for your remarks on my post about stats. I thought I'd drop by to check out your graphs. I know you said that you were happy with them yet, so I thought I provide a lead to some graphics that I think are fantastic. I haven't had the courage to ask the realtor how she does it; it feels kind of proprietary. But they are really great looking graphs, click here.
